KING’S CHESS SET(M) RED

The medium King’s set chess set is the medium King chess set from the range of our standard King’s chess sets. The pieces have been turned from solid sycamore with felt bottoms and stained to create a very classic look. Decorated through a traditional technique of burning patterns and designs in the wood. Finished with a fine polish, single weighted and with felted bases, they sit proudly on our beech and birch chess board.

Number and letter algebraic coordinates adorn the borders It has been equipped with an insert tray for the chess pieces storage. Decorative metal clasps keep the board securely locked after play.

The simplest and most widely used form of chess notation is the algebraic notation. The edges of the chessboard is marked with letters and numbers. This is burned into the chessboard in this chess game.
