These beautiful Staunton style weighted and felted chess pieces come nestled in a dark wood box. Each piece has been expertly turned and polished to a standard you usually expect to see in a much more expensive chess set. Made from fine graded hardwoods and hand turned and polished, these pieces will provide many years of chess playing satisfaction.

Chess Pieces Staunton are generously felted on their bases to ensure the wood remains protected and mahogany wooden box. They are all ‘one piece’ carvings using a design that is not only great to look at but equally practical to play chess with. They are crafted and finished in the same factory by the best artisans from Poland, with the very same craftsmen carving these that create our luxury chess pieces. Particular care and attention has been given to the elegant lines of the king and detailed hand carving of the knight pieces.
