The small Olympic chess set is the smallest version of our Olympic collection. Therefore it can be considered as travel set as well. The chess pieces are hand-crafted and made from hornbeam and beech wood.
The folding chessboard is made of wood mainly of beech, on the side of the board there is metal latch in gold colour.
Carved, varnished figures are made of solid wood (beech). Figures are glued on the bottom with a green felt.
The burned folding chess board has two compartments finished with a green felt lining for the chess pieces storage inside.

Es ist gut geeignet wenn man ein Schachspiel für Gäste bereitstellen möchte, z.B. in Bars, Kaffeehäusern, Gasthäusern, Vereinen, Spielotheken etc. Es ist nicht gut geeignet als persönliches Geschenk, da sollte man dann lieber zu etwas hochwertigerem greifen. Wer aber ein günstiges Schachspiel aus Holz möchte und mit den kleinen Schönheitsfehlern leben kann, sollte unbedingt zugreifen.
