The Magnetic Chess Set Nr 140B dimensions of the chessboard are 35 x 17,5 cm. The folding chessboard is provided with an insert tray for piece storage. A benefit to magnetic pieces is that they remain where placed for players who may have difficulty moving pieces around. This includes any adult players with unsteady hands as well as children learning how to play the game, who may find it difficult to keep the pieces upright, especially once the game really starts going.
The folding chessboard has an insert tray for the chess pieces inside. Decorative metal clasps keep the board securely locked after play.

I setup the board and turned it 90 degrees and not a single piece moved, so it’s perfect for using the board around the house or car and moving it when needed without the pieces moving. The pieces are big and easy to distinguish for rank.
